That is of course our goal. If you shop in our webbshop, the purchase is not complete until you are completely satisfied. If you are for some reason not, then surely we want you to contact us immediately so we can come up with a good solution.

SECURE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Idyllien invests in secure payment and delivery. That is why we only use stable partners, all so that you can be safe, whichever form of payment you choose. Through Shopify Payments, we offer secure payment with many different payment methods including Klarna Invoice, card payment (Amex, VISA, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We want to make it easy for you to shop!

For larger orders, delivery can take place in several smaller shipments. However, Idyllien accounts for the additional cost of this. When the package has arrived at the agent, an SMS is sent out that your package is ready for collection. If you have not entered a mobile number, you will instead receive a letter that includes a reference number and instructions on where to pick up the package.

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is normally approx. 2–5 working days. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the delivery time may be a little longer than normal. (DHL)


We always do everything we can to keep the estimated delivery time, so that you get your products home as quickly as possible. Items in stock are normally dispatched within 2 working days of us receiving your order. The packages are delivered by DHL. Remember that you as a customer must always be able to show identification when handing out/delivery of the products.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Together with our shipping partners, we are responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk of the item being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk in the event of a possible return to us.

If transport damage should occur, we ask you to report the damage to our customer service via e-mail or phone. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines and the notification must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer noticed or should have noticed the error. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. Should the packaging and contents be damaged, you notify your postal center or directly to the carrier. Always save the confirmation you receive that your goods are damaged. We would be grateful if you would notify us as soon as possible if this occurs. However, within a week at the latest. For companies, the notification of transport damage must be received within seven days.
In order for the matter to be handled as quickly as possible, we ask that you keep the product's packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, redelivery, remedial action or price reduction is carried out.
