How unfortunate that you wish to return your item. We naturally follow all regulations for distance shopping. However, since we are a social enterprise working solely for charity we cannot offer free shipping (as some other stores do) for anything other than defective goods. This would mean that we lose at least 120 SEK for each return (the shipping for two ways for purchases over 400 SEK), means that could better be used for our charity projects. Another reason for this choice is us knowing that shipping back and forth is very bad for our planet, which is the opposite of Idyllien's Wise choice. We know today that the choice "Free return" contributes to an enormous burden on our globe today. Thanks for your understanding!Please note that you cannot return fragrance and body products due to hygiene reasons.
It is you as the customer who is responsible for the invoice being paid on time vis-à-vis Klarna. You need to pay the invoice if the time runs out while we await your return.

Send your return with trackable service for your own safety, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us (DHL Servicepoint/alt. e.g. "Skicka Lätt" with Postnord).
