The pages to write on (288 pages) are beautifully natural coloured.
But this is not just any paper either, but made from the bark of the bush called Daphne papyracea (lat.) that grows wild in the Himalayas. This paper (called Lokta) has been used for thousands of years to write down laws and religious scriptures in Tibet, Bhutan and Nepal.
A really beautiful little notebook which is also nice as an interior detail, so why not keep it visible!
